The fixed cost of the personalised search and full purchase assistance service is 4,000 € + VAT (IVA).

Organisation of viewings

We organise viewings, coordinate appointments with owners and real estate agencies, accompany you during each visit and pay attention to important technical and legal details.

Legal review

Before any reservation payment is made, we carry out a complete legal review of the property.

We check:

ownership rights;
existing mortgages, seizures or other encumbrances;
debts to the owners’ community;
IBI property tax debts;
the correspondence between the Land Registry and the Cadastre;
all necessary documents for a safe purchase.

Negotiation and purchase assistance

We represent your interests during negotiations, agree on the purchase terms, review the Reserva and Arras contracts, coordinate communication with the bank, notary and other parties involved, and accompany you until the signing of the notarial deed of purchase.

After-purchase assistance

Our work does not end with the handover of the keys.

We help you transfer utility contracts, arrange an internet connection and resolve other matters related to your new property.
